The first summer that we owned our house was 2001.  A big part of that summer was spent getting ready for our wedding and entertaining Bruce's family who stayed with us until labor day. 

Other than some photos from our wedding, 2002 is the first year that we started taking pictures of our backyard.   The early spring pictures show the work that we did during the summer of 2001.  That year we put in the path to the backyard and the perennial garden.  We also started working on the fire pit and patio, a project that continued to evolve over several summers.
